The Fairmont Breakers Long Beach reopened in November 2024 after a restoration that ran more than six years, with 185 guest rooms, ten event spaces on the Arcade Level, a rooftop pool, and the Sky Room and Halo rooftop bar above.

Which Spaces Do You Cover at the Breakers?
The Poseidon and Triton Ballrooms, the second-floor terrace, the Arcade Level meeting rooms, and the Sky Room and Halo rooftop bar above.
Poseidon Ballroom
Roughly 2,915 square feet and the largest space on the property, suited to a general session or seated dinner. Chandelier-lit and historic, which means white balance gets set against the room rather than left to automatic.
Triton Ballroom
Around 2,800 square feet with a central row of structural columns. Those columns constrain shooting angles for stage coverage, so positions get worked out in advance rather than on the day.
Second-Floor Terrace
Roughly 1,400 square feet, up to 100 for a reception. Good natural light and a useful escape from ballroom lighting for portraits.
Sky Room & Halo Rooftop
360-degree city views from the top of the building. Suited to executive dinners and closing receptions. See gala photography.

The Triton Columns Change Where the Stage Should Go
A central row of structural columns runs through the Triton Ballroom. Put the stage on the wrong wall and half the room has a column between them and the speaker, which shows up in every wide frame.
