Elevation Event Photography is a corporate-only studio. Our photographers and videographers cover conferences, galas, brand activations, product launches, and executive programs across Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Orange County, and Southern California. No weddings, no consumer work, no portrait sessions. The entire practice is corporate, which is why the workflow is built around what corporate clients actually need: discretion on the floor, brand-consistent editing, and delivery fast enough to be useful.
Every program is led on site by founder Travis Borkenhagen or COO Hailli Borkenhagen, so the person accountable for the coverage is always available. Seven photographers and five videographers work from a shared run-of-show rather than as separate vendors. Consequently concurrent breakout rooms get concurrent coverage, and the entire gallery edits to one color and tone standard regardless of who held the camera.
Hiring a corporate videographer is a different decision than hiring a photographer, and most studios treat it as an afterthought. Ours does not. Event videography here runs multi-camera by default, with a board feed and a room mic recorded to separate devices, because a keynote captured on one camera with in-camera audio is footage nobody will publish. Booking both together costs less than two vendors, since one crew briefs from one plan rather than negotiating position at the back of the room.

Founder of Elevation with sixteen years photographing corporate programs, Travis leads events across Los Angeles and Southern California. His background in psychology shapes how he reads a room: to capture spectacular candid moments, with just the right light. After departing the Marine Corps in 2009, he built Elevation Event Photos to put himself through college. After earning a sum cum laude degree in psychology, he realized that it was always photography that aligned with his passions.

Every photographer carries a minimum of five years professional experience and three years with this studio. Meanwhile our senior photographers are at nine years with us. Nobody is hired for a single date.

Contingency Built In
A twelve-person roster means an illness on event morning is a reassignment rather than a cancellation. Furthermore dual-card recording and backup bodies mean an equipment failure costs no frames.
Corporate Only
We are one of the few studios that does not also shoot weddings or consumer work. Consequently the entire team practices the same discipline: low light, no flash at the stage, discretion on the floor, and brand-consistent editing.
One Standard Across Every Name
